キョウイク ト コウエキ ニホン ニオケル ソウシツ ト カイフク 教育と公益 : 日本における喪失と回復 三原, 容子 9 論文(Article) 日本の公教育は、身分、貧困、障害による不就学をなくす方向で発達してきた。今日ではすべての子どもたちが義務教育を保障されている。そのためにかえって、進路選択は本人の努力次第とされる傾向にあるが、公教育には学力差縮小効果とともに社会階層再生産機能があり、不利な立場の子どもたちが下へ追い込まれ、また教育「自由化」により不平等が拡大し公共性が損なわれる危険性がある。今後、違いを活かした学習や不利な立場の子に手厚い教育が必要となろう。　Public education in Japan made progress in the course of getting rid of the discrimination of cast, poverty and disability.
