It is thought, however, thatthe demand for Kleingarten will increase in local cities near rural areas in the future.Thus, in this paper, we have analyzed the demand for Kleingarten from families livingin condominiums in Yamagata City, which is one such local city.　First, the ratio of families that have one or more members with an interest inKleingarten is about 30 percent on the whole samples.
