| 内容記述 | 本稿では,1999年法のデータを利用し,アメリカ公的年金の財源徴収の構造と給付構造の側面とを論じることにより,アメリカ公的年金の老齢給付プログラムに焦点を当てている。財源徴収の構造に対して,給付構造の側面は幾分複雑であり,全ての給付状況についての取り扱いはできない。それゆえ,給付構造に関しては,本質的な理論(AIMEの決定やPIA給付算定式等)について分析している。なお,本稿では,財源徴収及び給付構造の問題点についても論じている。 This paper focuses on the retirement program within Social Security by describing the tax and benefit structure of the Social Security system under the 1999 legislation. As the retirement benefit structure is somewhat more complicated than the tax structure, we cannot describe all the possible circumstances of the benefit amounts. Therefore, we analyze an essential theory of the benefit structure (for example, the determination of AIME or the PIA benefit formula). In addition, this paper describes the problems of tax and benefit structure. | |||||
